Program and consent

When you opt in to SMS communications from LaKisha Dansby, messages may include requested real estate information, appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, and updates about your inquiry or service. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing property or services. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in promotional texts.

Frequency and costs

The number of messages varies according to your requests and appointments. Your wireless provider may charge for texts and data, including messages you send to us. Ask your provider about your plan’s charges.

Stop messages or rejoin

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a text confirming your opt-out, and subsequent program messages will stop. To resume messages, complete the opt-in process again.

Delivery

Wireless carriers bear no responsibility for messages that arrive late or fail to arrive.
