She didn't arrive here by accident. LaKisha built a career across finance, business operations, and project management before committing to real estate full-time. She holds an MBA in Project Management and brings years of hands-on experience managing budgets, operations, and complex processes.

LaKisha also manages rehab and renovation projects — working hands-on with contractors, timelines, construction scopes, and budgets. When she advises on property preparation, she draws from real project management experience, not just market knowledge.

She serves clients across Metro Detroit — Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties — and brings a perspective shaped by building across multiple industries.

I guide buyers with the same depth of care: thinking through financing, researching neighborhoods, organizing the home search, building offer strategy, negotiating on your behalf, coordinating vendors, managing pre-close preparation, and supporting you through closing and move-in.
